I am very pleased with the customer service, the quality of work , and the timely manner that Javier did for me. I emailed with an idea of a birthday gift for my Dad's birthday. He got back to me immediately and didnt have exactly what I wanted at that moment and told me that in a couple weeks he would get back with me. Later that same day he asked for a picture of what i was looking for and within hours he found what was needed and gave me a timeline of 2 weeks which was mostly waiting on the mail to send him the pieces he needed. He received the pieces on a Friday and he finished the custom toggles quickly. He could have mailed them to me, but because I asked and was near him he delivered to me in person.
